New Year

Since we've started the new year of 2025, we have had some unfortunate and tragic events already such as the fires in LA. These fires have left a major impact on the environment and civilization.

This picture shows the fire blazing through the Pacific Palisades at high speed due to the wind.

My Christmas break and New Year went pretty well and good. Not too much exciting events happened but I enjoyed the time I had. There are 2 events that stood out to me however, which I've managed to take 2 pictures of.

This picture isn't too much but it defines a good portion of my break. Over break, I didn't do much. I was too ill and sick to go anywhere and did anything so I sat outside to at look at the sky, preferably in the evening since that's when beautiful, vibrant colors show. However this time the colors were very saturated and bright, which caught my attention. It was so beautiful that I just had to take a picture. I love how detailed the picture came out and how it was only focused on the sky and nothing else.

Although, I said most of my break was me doing nothing but looking at the sky, I did however go to Disneyland with my family. It was very special to me because I haven't gone to Disneyland in such a long time so when I went, I had major nostalgia and was filled with so much happiness and excitement. When I saw the castle, I just had to take a picture because it was so beautiful and decorated with christmas decorations, since it was still the holiday. I love how focused the castle is and how everything around it is casted away and darkened. I also jut love how bright the lights are, making the castle stand out.
